The last 24 hours have been tough, as Karen (my sister and SHAK volunteer) had to say goodbye to her best friend, soul mate and rock over the last few months, Dax. Seeing someone so close go through suffering like this makes me hate the idiots who give up on their dogs even more. Maybe if they felt the pain of losing someone so special, then they'd think again.Run free gorgeous girl, Shak, Poppy, Badger and Roxy are all waiting for you at the bridge.
